📢 Join Our Team as Python/Open-Source Platform Engineer
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and administer Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian)
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and services
- Manage PostgreSQL databases, including performance tuning, backups, and security
- Build and deploy containerized workloads using Docker (and potentially Kubernetes in the future)
- Implement and maintain APIs and webhooks for internal and external integrations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime and reliability
- Automate deployment and configuration tasks wherever possible
🧠 What You Bring
- Strong experience in Linux administration (command line, shell scripting, security hardening)
- Proven hands-on experience with Python development in production environments
- Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, indexing, backups, replication)
- Practical skills with Docker containers and orchestration workflows
- Familiarity with API design/consumption and webhook implementations
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and open-source technologies
