📢 Join Our Team as Senior Control Room Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- CCTV & Security Monitoring: Monitor all camera feeds, detect irregular activities, report incidents, and ensure systems are functioning properly.
- AE200 AC System Monitoring: Track system performance, respond to alarms or errors, and maintain daily operation logs.
- Solar System Monitoring: Check solar power generation and inverter status; record daily output and report abnormalities.
- IT Server & Network Monitoring: Observe server uptime, storage capacity, and network stability; log outages and coordinate with IT teams.
- Access Control Monitoring: Oversee turnstiles and access systems, support HR/Security with attendance data, and report system faults.
- General Duties: Support cross-department coordination, follow company standards, escalate maintenance needs, and participate in training when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in control room operations, security monitoring, or related technical roles.
- Familiarity with CCTV, AC systems, solar systems, or IT/server monitoring is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify irregularities quickly.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
