- 📢 Join Our Team as Executive Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review ACMV/Mechanical system designs, drawings, and calculations.
• Revise designs based on feedback from clients, consultants, and project managers.
• Select appropriate equipment and materials for projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other engineering disciplines.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical or design issues.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Check and verify accuracy of design documents and calculations.
• Communicate with clients and present design proposals or changes.
• Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility.
• Provide technical support to junior staff and project teams.
• Prepare daily project updates and documentation as required by APM/SPM.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Above 3 years of experience in HVAC/MEP or related engineering roles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC-related engineering field.
• Proficiency in Excel and relevant engineering tools/software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in construction or M&E projects is an added advantage.
