📢 Join Our Team as Warehouse Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations across multiple locations.
- Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, and audits.
- Coordinate inter-warehouse transfers and ensure timely delivery.
- Implement loss prevention, safety, and compliance measures.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training and guidance.
- Monitor fuel/equipment usage and optimize warehouse layouts.
- Support audits and maintain accurate documentation in SAP/Excel.
Requirements:
📌 Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
📌 Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
📌 Knowledge of inbound, outbound, return, and inventory processes
📌 Experience using barcode scanning systems and warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP)
📌 Ability to conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and variance reporting
📌 Experience in providing on-the-job training and enforcing SOP compliance
📌 Strong problem-solving skills and issue escalation experience
📌 Effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams
