📢 Join Our Team as Assistant Sales Manager – Beams Project
Responsibilities:
- Calculate project costs based on specifications, drawings, and requirements.
- Manage AutoCAD designs & tender documents for competitive proposals.
- Prepare, submit & follow up on tenders to maximize project opportunities.
- Support quotation development by analyzing scope, pricing & competitiveness.
- Evaluate and recommend cost-effective products that meet client needs.
- Introduce approved products to customers and ensure smooth integration.
- Assign tasks to subordinates, review reports & present findings to Manager.
- Train and guide subordinates on product knowledge & on-site requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams on project strategies.
- Liaise with clients to finalize design & specifications.
- Monitor work progress, milestones, budgets & payment requests.
- Oversee project handover, documentation & client sign-off.
Job Requirements:
- 📌 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field
- 📌 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Project Management (Construction, Engineering, or Hardware sector preferred)
- 📌 Proficiency in AutoCAD & MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 📌 Strong knowledge of costing, tender management & technical sales
- 📌 Excellent communication & negotiation skills in Myanmar and English
- 📌 Team leadership & coaching ability
- 📌 Willingness to travel within Myanmar for project sites.
