📢 Join Our Team as Executive Software Engineer (Beams)
Responsibilities:
- Develop customized programs based on specific customer requirements.
- Design and implement SCADA & HMI programs tailored to different types of BMS systems.
- Lead and mentor the Software Team, ensuring high performance and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with Main-com, Hardware Team, and clients for smooth integration and testing.
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and debug system errors during the development and deployment stages.
- Conduct testing and support commercialization phases in cooperation with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver professional presentations on BMS systems and Mitsubishi FA products before project handover.
- Provide comprehensive operation and training sessions to end users.
- Quickly learn and implement new technologies, interfaces, and software tools in projects.
- Report progress and technical activities clearly and regularly to management.
- Adhere to all internal office rules and regulations.
Job Requirements:
📌 Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Power (EP), Mechanical Power (MP), Electronics and Communication (EC), or Mechatronics Engineering.
📌 3+ years in fixed asset management or executive support.
📌 Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in BMS-related SCADA and HMI development.
📌 Strong leadership and communication skills.
📌 Ability to adapt to new systems and software tools quickly..
📌 Excellent team collaboration and problem-solving skills.
