Responsibilities:
- Responsible for installation and configuration computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Responsible for monitoring and maintaining CCTV operation, telecommunication system and network availability
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support and problem solving on business applications to the end users.
- Maintain an up-to-date status inventory and maintenance log containing computer hardware, software, replacement parts and software upgrades.
- Work closely with the IT Infrastructure Team to monitor IT infrastructure to ensure readiness and problem solving in a timely manner.
- Log and manage all incidents and service requests in IT ticketing system and close within SLA.
- Ensure that all IT processes and services are in line with the company policy, standards and guidelines.
- Provide training for end-users on basic computer operations and user-related applications, for example Microsoft Office.
Requirements:
📌 Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Telecommunication or related fields
📌 Good knowledge in computer hardware and peripherals such as printers and scanners.
📌 Good knowledge in Network technologies including LAN/WAN, WIFI, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Routers, Firewalls, Switches.
📌 Fair knowledge in Server technologies including Microsoft Windows Servers, RedHat Linux, VMWare, NAS storage, Cloud management.
📌 Fair knowledge in IT Service Management methodology, Telecommunication Systems and components including VOIP Technologies/Video Conference.
📌 Good knowledge in client applications such as Microsoft Office 365, etc.
📌 Service-minded and good team player. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
📌 At least 3 years’ experience in IT Support would be an advantage.
