𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🔹Lead and manage end-to-end program execution, including program planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
🔹Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Business Development) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of program initiatives. Build strong relationships to facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts.
🔹Define the scope, objectives, timelines, and key deliverables of the program. Develop detailed project plans and ensure efficient resource allocation across multiple projects. Track program progress against milestones, adjust timelines or resources as necessary, and ensure consistent reporting to stakeholders.
🔹Work on BD measures in every individual program as well as to lead post BA/BI relevance to the corporate road map.
🔹Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and obstacles that may impact the successful delivery of the program. Implement mitigation plans and solutions to resolve challenges and keep programs on track.
🔹Oversee program budgets, ensure resources are allocated effectively, and manage costs to ensure program delivery within financial constraints.
🔹Ensure that the standards required by Law and by Management are maintained at all times in the areas specified above.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
🔹Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
🔹Strong analytical and presentation skills
🔹Participate in company transformation and development matters, especially in Organization Development.
🔹Prepare and cascade necessary communication to the team for readiness.
🔹Participate, contribute in the additional revenue drive conducts.
🔹Assist relevant cross functional tasks.
