Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects related to service center operations, process improvement, and infrastructure development. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technicians, service advisors, and management.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare regular reports and present updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and Mitsubishi service requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Requirements:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
📌 Proven experience as a Project Manager (preferably in automotive service, engineering, or operations).
📌 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
📌 Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office applications.
📌 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
📌 PMP certification or similar is a plus.
