📢 Join Our Team as Vice President – Human Resources (HOD)

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Facilitate coordination between Group HR and Business HR Managers to ensure alignment of HR strategies across all business units.
  •  Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to align with legal standards and business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives in succession planning, organizational design, and change management to drive superior workforce development and employee retention.
  • Develop and implement practices that foster a positive employer-employee relationship, promoting high morale and motivation.
  •  Conduct investigations related to employee complaints, concerns, and grievances, providing recommendations to management.
  • Manage employee communication channels, including company meetings, feedback mechanisms, and employee satisfaction surveys.
     Oversee recruiting and staffing functions to ensure the hiring of a high-performing workforce through standardized hiring procedures.
  • Conduct salary surveys and gather competitive data to recommend pay practices and salary bands that attract and retain talent.
  • Define and implement training programs that address company needs, including onboarding, management development, and cross-training.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports to track key metrics and provide insights for senior management decision-making.
  • Lead the HR team, fostering continuous professional development and ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies.
  • Set and monitor departmental goals and KPIs that support the company’s objectives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead efforts in organizational planning, including evaluating job design, company structure, and personnel forecasting.
  • Lead the implementation of performance management systems, focusing on employee development and continuous improvement.

 

Requirements:
📌 10+ years of comprehensive HR experience, ideally 5+ years in senior leadership roles
📌 Any Graduate
📌 Preferred Master’s degree in HR Management or a similar discipline.
📌 Experience working in a multinational firm or dynamic business environment.
📌 Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a record of mentoring HR staff and leading change initiatives
📌 Diploma in Psychology or Managerial Psychology – highly preferred
📌 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across all company levels.
