- 📢 Join Our Team as Assistant Sale Manager (Transmission & Distribution)
Responsibilities: - Manage and drive the sales of transmission and distribution lines across all branch locations, ensuring alignment with overall company sales goals.
- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets based on historical performance and market insights, and provide the necessary planning, support, and guidance to ensure target achievement.
- Monitor and report on actual sales performance versus set targets and take corrective actions where necessary to ensure continuous growth.
- Lead product launching plans for new models by coordinating with suppliers, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful market entry.
- Collect, analyze, and report on customer behavior, competitor activities, and product segment trends to refine sales strategies and improve competitive positioning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, mechanical and electrical (M&E) professionals, and key decision-makers across different sectors.
- Identify, evaluate, and schedule appointments with new potential dealers, ensuring proper follow-up to convert prospects into business partners.
- Facilitate the exchange of product, pricing, technical, and stock information between suppliers, branches, and all relevant sales channels, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Lead and support discussions related to product design, advertising materials, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with marketing and design teams.
- Provide technical support and in-depth product feature training to dealers and panel makers to boost product understanding and sales performance.
- Manage actual ground stock, monitor inventory movements, and ensure effective stock keeping practices while maintaining balance between sales quota and available products.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on sales volumes, customer feedback, competitor insights, and market trends to management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions, dealer communications, training sessions, and sales targets for internal audit and review purposes.
- Create detailed sales and project analysis reports to evaluate ongoing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and support project follow-up activities, ensuring successful execution of key sales initiatives and close coordination with relevant departments.
Job Requirements:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
📌 5+ years of progressive experience in sales within the transmission & distribution (T&D) or electrical infrastructure sector.
📌 Experience working with transmission/distribution lines, high & medium voltage equipment, or substation automation preferred.
📌 Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
📌 Results‑oriented with ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
📌 Willingness to travel across Yangon and coordinate with multiple branch locations as needed.
