𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Field Workforce Acquisition:Identify, approach, and engage technicians/engineers needed for field service delivery. Use referrals, local networks, and outreach to onboard manpower based on service area demand.
• Manpower Readiness:Ensure manpower is ready and available to activate on short notice in line with service area expansion or urgent field needs.
• Field Activation Coordination:Coordinate closely with Operations and Service Teams to deploy acquired technicians to specific sites or projects on time.
• Manpower Retention:Maintain regular check-ins with field staff to ensure job satisfaction, resolve operational issues, and reduce drop-out or turnover.
• Daily Engagement:Act as a main contact for field technicians regarding schedule, pay follow-up, assignment updates, and general support.
• Workforce Planning:Forecast upcoming needs by analyzing activation trends, new site rollouts, and field workload changes. Proactively prepare supply ahead of time.
• Target Fulfillment:Achieve weekly/monthly manpower acquisition and retention targets based on service demand.
• Coordination with Service Centers:Work closely with regional teams and service hubs to align supply with ground-level manpower demand and retention actions.
• Issue Management:Handle field issues quickly (e.g., no-show, low performance, early exits) and ensure smooth replacement when needed.
• Report & Track: Maintain manpower status, activation timelines, attendance issues, and retention data. Report regularly to the manager.
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
📌 Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Sales, HR, or Engineering preferred).
📌 1–2 years of experience in field coordination, workforce operations, or service center support.
📌 Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills — able to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.
📌 Target-focused and action-oriented — must manage volume and field follow-up.
📌 Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and communication tools (Viber, Telegram, etc.)..
📌 Knowledge of local regions, field manpower channels, and ground coordination is a strong advantage.
📌 Must be flexible for occasional field visits and able to handle pressure during peak manpower demand.
