•  Contract Oversight: Manage the full contract lifecycle—creation, negotiation, compliance, and renewal—ensuring alignment with legal and operational requirements.
•  Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with legal, finance, and revenue assurance to uphold risk standards and operational goals.
•  Mobile Call Service Operations: Lead daily operations of the mobile service team, ensuring high responsiveness and service quality.
•  Performance Optimization: Use call data analytics to improve service efficiency and increase customer base.
•  Application Management: Oversee the performance, updates, and user adoption of service management platforms.
•  System Integration: Partner with IT and marketing to ensure service systems support full customer lifecycle and issue resolution.
•  Engineering Resource Management: Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention of technical and engineering staff.
•  Team Development: Build engagement and performance programs to ensure long-term success of technical teams.
•  Operational Strategy: Define and track KPIs to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
•  Budget & Risk Management: Oversee resource planning, budgeting, and identify potential risks across service operations.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
📌 Minimum 7–10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a service-oriented or engineering environment.
📌 Strong knowledge of contract management, mobile service operations, and technical workforce management.
📌 Hands-on experience with service management applications or CRM platforms.
📌 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
📌 Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
