📢 Join Our Team as Assistant Vice President – Service Network Management 

Responsibilities: 

  • Implementing service business strategies to maximize profits and minimize risk. 
  • Conducting thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats. 
  • Preparing business forecasts and setting performance goals accordingly. 
  • Overseeing daily service operations and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations as well as the team meets target on time. 
  • Managing the SNM budget and ensuring optimal allocation of resources. 
  • Ensuring the service systems and technologies are up-to-date and efficient. 
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of team and providing feedback and development opportunities. 
  • Motivating the team to achieve high performance and providing necessary support. 
  • Working closely with other departments such as risk management, compliance, and IT. 
  • Identifying and developing strategic partnerships to enhance business efforts. 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns. 
  • Expanding the company’s network through industry events and partnerships. 
  • Preparing and presenting reports to senior management and stakeholders and analyzing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. 
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team. 
  • Participating in internal and external audits, and implementing recommendations as well as ensuring all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. 
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes as well as developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills of the team. 

Requirements: 

📌 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 

📌5+ years of leadership experience in service network management, after-sales service, or technical operations. 

📌 Proven ability to manage multiple service locations, ensuring operational and financial success. 

📌 Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

📌 Experience in HVAC, electrical and other engineering-related service industries preferred. 

📌 Ability to drive sales, revenue, and business development initiatives in a service environment. 

📌 Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

📌 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and service management software.
